【劇情】
Don Juan Triumphant首演當晚，許多警察、警衛人員進駐，在舞台上劇院之鬼殺害了原飾演該劇的男主角，自己上台與Christine 合唱The Point Of No Return。曲畢，All I Ask Of You旋律再現，劇院之鬼拿起婚戒戴在Christine的手指上，並要她與他廝守終生。這時警察發現原男主角的屍體，Christine也知道了劇院之鬼在舞台上，便毅然決然的扯下他的面具，這時劇院之鬼便拉著Christine 一起消失在舞台之中。後台一片混亂，Giry太太知道事態嚴重，便要帶Rauol到地下湖，並不時提醒要把雙手舉到眼睛的高度。
在地下湖，劇院之鬼與Christine不斷的爭吵，劇院之鬼爭辯世人因為他的臉而導致他的生性，也訴說他的母親在他出生時給他的第一件衣服竟是一個面具。Christine則說讓她懼怕的並不是他的臉，而是他的靈魂。這時Raoul出現，劇院之鬼便在讓他進來的時候用繩索套住他，便要Christine要做出選擇，與他廝守便留下Raoul的活口，否則便要了結Raoul的生命。這是The Point Of No Return與Angel Of Music 的雙旋律再現，三位主角優美的三重唱展開。曲畢，劇院之鬼要Christine當下做決定。Christine說，生活在黑暗之中的可憐人，你知道這是什麼樣的生活？上帝賜予勇氣讓我告訴你，你並不孤單。話一說完便親吻劇院之鬼。劇院之鬼終於了解情為何物，便釋放了Raoul，便要她們兩個趕快離開這裡，不要被人發現。魅影的音樂盒開始演奏Masquerade的旋律，Christine回來把戒指送給劇院之鬼，便與Raoul乘著小船離開，All I Ask Of You旋律再現。劇院之鬼唱著Music Of Night，一切都結束了，夜的樂章。便消失在椅子之中，留下面具。劇終。
